Ham, cheese, and avocado wrap

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 wrap(s)
  • 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of cheese (Sylter)
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • ½ large tomato(s)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise (chilli mayonnaise)
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy and super tasty

First, place the wrap in the microwave at 600 watts for about 30 seconds to soften it. Meanwhile, wash and dice half a tomato. Halve the avocado, scoop out the whole bit with a spoon, and slice it. Spread the wrap with the herb cream cheese, leaving a 4cm border on the outside. Next, place the ham and cheese on top, along with the avocado slices and the diced tomatoes. Finally, spread the mayonnaise and chili mayonnaise on top and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold the wrap like a classic burrito – fold one edge towards the middle and the sides to the left and right of it.
