simple and delicious

Preparation of chicken sticks: Cut the chicken breast fillet into long sticks. Season with salt and pepper and coat in flour. Beat an egg and brush the sticks with it, then coat in breadcrumbs. Fry briefly in oil on all sides. Cut the bun in half and brush both halves with butter. Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of cheese on the bottom of the bun, and place at least two fried chicken sticks on the lettuce. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and place on the chicken sticks with the plum wedges and kiwi slices. Mix the cream, curry salt, and sugar and pour on top. Cover with another lettuce leaf and place the top of the bun on top.
