Tomato and mozzarella bread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, approx. 125 g
  • 4 tomatoes, depending on size
  • e.g. butter
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Toast the slices of bread and spread a little butter on them, if desired. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and place them on two slices of bread. Microwave these for 40 seconds to melt the cheese. Place the sliced ​​tomato and a sprinkle of herb salt on the other slice of bread, if desired. Finally, fold the tomato and mozzarella slices together.
