Tuna and sour cream rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 rolls (bake-up rolls)
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ bag of cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut open the rolls. Peel and finely chop the onions, drain the tuna. Mix the onions and tuna with sour cream and grated Emmental cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto the roll halves and bake for about 14 minutes in a preheated oven (convection oven) at 180°C.
