Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (e.g. croissant pasta)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp lemon zest, grated (organic)
- 100 g butter, melted at room temperature
- 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder (for cooking)
- 500 g red fruit compote
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of lightly salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, then rinse. Combine the quark with eggs, powdered sugar, lemon zest, butter, and vanilla pudding powder. Mix in the pasta and pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes (convection not recommended). Serve with red fruit compote.
