Cut the sausage into half slices and fry with the finely chopped onion and a little curry powder. Peel the tomatoes, chop them, and add them. Dilute the ketchup with a little water and pour it over the meat. Season – a little spicier is fine – and let it simmer. Once it’s simmering, add the eggs like fried eggs, add a little salt, and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender. Then serve on a slice of bread.
