Meatball bread with melted cheese for grilling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 400 g minced pork
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, spread a thin layer of processed cheese on the bread slices, then spread the seasoned minced meat over the top and press firmly into place. First, cook the minced meat thoroughly, then grill the bread side. Tips: Avoid turning the meat too often, as the minced meat can easily separate from the bread. Serve with barbecue sauce.
