Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 shallots, peeled and finely diced
- 1 small carrot(s), finely diced
- 1 beetroot, finely diced
- 1 parsley root(s), finely diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp panko
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet or Barhat spice
- 1 small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- 1 pinch of sea salt and pepper from the mill
- 50 g feta cheese, finely diced
- 1 bunch chervil, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Simple, hearty, delicious, savory
Sauté the shallots and diced vegetables in olive oil until lightly browned. Set aside to cool. Mix the minced meat with the egg, mustard, paprika powder or Baharat seasoning, and panko flour. Add the chili pepper, if desired. Now add the vegetables, feta cheese, and chopped chervil, mix well again, and season with salt and pepper. Place everything in a greased dish in the Quick Clean Basket, close the lid, and set the Airfryer to 170°C. Cook in the Airfryer for approximately 35 minutes. If you want to give the roast a little extra flair, you can wrap it on the outside with wafer-thin slices of bacon.
