Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tsp mustard, medium
- 4 tbsp quark (40% fat)
- 1 tsp, heaped dill, dried
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of ground pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
a delicious starter for almost any occasion
Cut the trout fillet into approximately 5 mm cubes. Finely chop the onion. Mix the fish and onion with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Season with pepper. Let the mixture marinate for approximately 1-2 hours. White bread or toast is best served with this dish.
