Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine
  • 300 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 drops of rum flavoring, maybe more or less
  • 350 g flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • e.g. milk
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and tasty

Beat margarine, sugar, and eggs until creamy, then add vanilla sugar and rum flavoring. Then carefully stir in the flour and cocoa powder and add the milk until a creamy, yet not too stiff batter forms. Bake in the waffle iron as usual and dust with powdered sugar. Makes approximately 14-15 waffles.
