Recipe for the meat grinder

First, mix the butter with the sugar and eggs, then add the remaining ingredients and knead everything into a dough. Chill the dough for about 1 hour. Pass the dough through a meat grinder with the cookie attachment. This works great. Place the cookies on greased baking sheets. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven) and bake the cookies for about 10 minutes, until they are browned to your liking. This will vary depending on your oven, so keep an eye on the cookies. This is our family recipe for cookie dough, just like my grandma used to make.
