Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 50 ml natural yogurt
  • ½ onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp curry sauce, from the jar
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

First, put the flour in a large bowl, make a well, and crumble in the yeast cube. Make a pre-dough with a little water. Add the remaining water, sugar, salt, and oil, and knead well with a dough hook to form a dough. Cover and set in a warm place so that it roughly doubles in size. For the topping, first slice the meat, fry until crispy, and let cool. For the sauce, mix the sour cream, yogurt, onion, curry powder, curry sauce, pepper, salt, and sugar. Roll out the dough on a baking tray and spread the curry sauce on top. Spread the meat on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place the tray in the oven at 180°C for approx. 20-30 minutes. The heat and baking time vary from oven to oven. The pizza is ready when the topping is no longer runny and the cheese has melted.
