Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, thumb-sized
  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 150 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 300 g pizza dough, homemade or from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the onion, slice it thinly, and set it aside. Peel the garlic and ginger, chop them very finely, and mix them with 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce. Chop the chicken fillet into small pieces, place them in a bowl, and mix with the prepared sauce. Roll out the homemade or ready-made pizza dough thinly, place it on baking paper, and spread it with 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce. Spread the marinated chicken on the dough. Sprinkle the red onions over it and scatter the grated cheese on top. Bake in the hot oven for about 10 minutes. Note: The chicken can, of course, be replaced with vegetables, such as bell peppers or tomatoes.
