a delicious recipe from the leftover kitchen, quick and easy to prepare
In a greased pan, sauté the shallots, garlic, tomatoes, and ham cubes. Clean the mushrooms, slice them if desired, stir them in, and cook covered over low heat. After about 10 minutes, add the three cheeses, stir them in, and let them melt. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and divide between three small casserole dishes. Stir the mixture in the pan again, season with salt and pepper, and divide it between the dishes. Place under the broiler until the cheese begins to brown. After about 5 minutes, the mixture will have cooled slightly and is ready to serve.
