Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 1 liter tomato puree
  • 500 g mushrooms, possibly from the jar
  • 500 g tomato peppers, in a jar, without juice
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • Pizza seasoning
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the minced meat and onions. Add the broth. Add the tomato puree, tomato peppers, mushrooms, and melted cheese, bring to a boil, and simmer slightly. Season with pizza seasoning, oregano, thyme, ketchup, cream, salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
