Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g quark
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 35 g cornstarch
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Prepare a springform pan with a baked shortcrust pastry base. (Recipes in the database or in the comments below.) Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the remaining ingredients with the quark, fold in the stiff egg whites, and pour into the springform pan. Place in the preheated oven. If the cheesecake rises, cut around the edges with a sharp knife to prevent it from cracking. Baking time: 40 minutes; baking temperature: 180 degrees Celsius.
