Minced meat soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 can of mushrooms, if desired
  • 400 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar of ajvar
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • ½ liter broth, clear
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

great for any party

Brown the minced meat with the diced onions. Add the sour cream and melted cheese. Chop the bell peppers and add them. Mix in the ajvar and chili sauce. Add the mushrooms to taste and top up with clear broth. Season with salt and pepper.
