- 25 g cocoa powder

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and stir. Then add the orange juice, orange zest, Coca-Cola, oil, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter. Grease a Bundt cake pan well with sunflower oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and tap the pan dry. Then carefully spread the batter evenly. Bake the cake in the hot oven on a rack in the middle of the oven for about 35-40 minutes. Turn the finished Bundt cake out onto a wire rack and let it cool. Meanwhile, prepare the icing. Mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder together. Melt the butter and add the 4 tablespoons of Coca-Cola, mix everything well, pour over the cake, and spread it on top. Tips: If you don’t want this icing, you can simply melt about 200g of chocolate and spread it over the cake. The cake can be decorated as desired as long as the icing is still liquid. For example, with sprinkles, chocolate, edible glitter, candles, gummy bears, or cookies. If you don’t have a Bundt pan, you can also use a 26cm springform pan and double the amount of batter. The cake will then take about 55 minutes to bake in the oven.
