French-style pizza bread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of pizza dough (ready-made product)
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Thoroughly mix the goat cheese, Emmental cheese, and herbs. Roll out the pizza dough. Spread half of the cheese cream into the center of the dough (long side). Fold the dough in half and spread the other half of the cream on top. Fold the dough in half again. Place the dough seam-down on the baking tray. Fold the dough up slightly on the right and left sides to prevent the cream from running out. Make a few cuts in the top of the dough. Place the baking tray on the second rack from the bottom of the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
