Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cantaloupe melon(s)
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- some peppercorns, pink
- some chili flakes
- 3 sprigs basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the melon open, scoop out the flesh, and scoop out balls or cut into smaller cubes. Drain the mozzarella thoroughly and tear it into small pieces or cut it into smaller cubes. Pick the basil leaves and finely slice them. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together a vinaigrette of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, ground pink berries, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle over the salad in the bowl. Add the basil and mix everything thoroughly. Let it cool slightly in the refrigerator, then serve.
