Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • Salt
  • 3 eggs
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 150 g tomato paste
  • 1 pack of frozen Italian herbs
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 250 g mozzarella (Zottarella light)
  • 200 g ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and paprika and add to the drained pasta. Line a high-sided baking sheet with baking paper and press the spaghetti into it, spread with the tomato paste, lightly season with pepper, and sprinkle with half of the herbs. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and remove the stems. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Clean and wash the spring onions, and slice them into rings. Wash the zucchini, halve them lengthwise, and slice them. Slice the cheese and cut the ham into strips. Spread everything over the pasta and sprinkle with a little salt and freshly ground pepper. Bake the pasta pizza in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
