Salmon tartare

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp dill tips
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper, pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash, trim, peel, and pit the onions, celery, and avocado. Dice very finely, just like the salmon. Mix the mustard with oil, lemon juice, honey, and dill; season to taste. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for about 15 minutes. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Then serve them on bread rolls, wasa bread, or simply serve them on a lettuce leaf. It’s truly delicious.
