  • 3 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ½ can tuna
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Mix the oats, egg, and quark together thoroughly, add a little salt, and let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Slice the avocado and mix with the tuna. Spread the batter evenly on the contact grill. Grill until golden brown. Spread the filling on one half of the pie. Close and enjoy.
