Pizza without carbohydrates and low in fat

For a long time, I’ve been thinking about how to make a low-calorie pizza. The problem wasn’t the fat content, but the carbohydrates in the dough. Dough: Halve the zucchini lengthwise and remove the seeds. Finely grate the zucchini and carrots and mix with the eggs and flour. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour the dough into a round pan lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour, until most of the liquid has evaporated. The dough substitute is ready. Place canned tomatoes in a non-stick pan, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. Spread the dough with the tomato sauce, top with the ingredients, and return it to the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for another 15 minutes. Of course, other ingredients can be used for the topping, depending on your taste and nutritional value. When prepared this way, the fat content per serving is 18 g.
