- 1 m.-large Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- some oil, neutral
- 3 KNORR Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (Seasoning Base)
- 500 g pasta, e.g. B. tagliatelle
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with spice base
Wash the Hokkaido mushroom, halve it, remove the seeds, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the onion, and fry it in oil. Add the pumpkin pieces, fry them for a while, and then add the appropriate amount of water. Stir in the seasoning and simmer until the pumpkin is tender. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and serve with the pumpkin. It’s also delicious with potatoes or rice.
