Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), well ripe
- 200 g butter, soft
- 100 g whole cane sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder
- some milk, about 3 – 4 tbsp
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g wheat flour type 550
- some powdered sugar
- some lemon juice
- Sugar sprinkles, colorful
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
for 20 – 22 rings, great for soft bananas
Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork and mix with the butter, raw cane sugar, cinnamon, milk, and a pinch of salt using a hand mixer. Slowly add the flour and continue mixing. Using a piping bag, pipe rings approximately 5 cm in diameter onto two baking sheets lined with baking paper. This quantity makes about 20-22 rings. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the cookies in the top rack for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. Mix the powdered sugar with a very small amount of lemon juice, brush the rings with it, and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles. You can also use just icing or leave the rings as they come out of the oven.
