Quick pork fillet curry with cinnamon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 300 g pork fillet(s), diced
  • 75 g peanuts, salted
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and warm the cinnamon and curry powder. Add the pork fillet, peanuts, and paprika and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the coconut milk and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Serve with rice.
