Kati's Fried Rice with Tuna

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup rice (basmati)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small can of tuna
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some sesame oil
  • some soy sauce
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some curry paste, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

A spicy rice dish with tuna and red curry paste.

Cook the rice in a pot of water. Finely chop the onion. Heat the sesame oil. Add the curry paste and sauté briefly. The amount of curry paste can be increased according to taste. Add the onion and tuna and fry lightly. Deglaze with a dash of soy sauce. Stir in the cooked rice. Crack the egg and stir it into the rice. Fry the rice and egg until tender.
