Potato casserole with tartar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g minced meat (tartar)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 60 g mashed potato powder with milk
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 40 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 tbsp chives, rolled
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cup(s) water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Stir in the ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Stir the mashed potatoes into 2 cups of hot water. Place the minced meat in a casserole dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top. Slice the tomatoes and place them on top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 250°C (gas mark 5-6) for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with chives.
