Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cream cheese, grainy
- 200 g oat flakes, fine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks
- 1 tsp salt
- e.g. nuts, grains, chia seeds, etc.
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
With oat flakes and seeds, perfect for a low-carb diet.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Optionally, you can add sunflower and pumpkin seeds, as well as various nuts. Mix everything until a firm dough forms. If the dough is too runny, add more oatmeal. Shape the dough into a loaf and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. Let the bread cool and enjoy.
