Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g boneless smoked pork, 7 rösti
- 1 cup of cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the smoked pork in a baking dish, either very thinly sliced or in chunks. Cover with cream. Crumble the thawed rösti over the top. Bake at 180-200°C for about 30 minutes. About 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
