Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of boneless smoked pork
- 8 Rösti wedges (potato rösti)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 150 g cheese (Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the smoked pork in a baking dish. Place a hash brown on each slice. Mix the sour cream with the heavy cream and pour over the top. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. It also tastes great reheated.
