Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 portions of pork fillet(s), chicken or turkey schnitzel
- 1 jar mushrooms, drained or fresh mushrooms
- 1 point potato(s) (Rösti, frozen)
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 pkt. cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear in a pan. Remove and place in a casserole dish. Sear the drained mushrooms in the pan and scatter them over the meat. Crumble the thawed hash browns and add them to the schnitzel and mushroom mixture. Briefly bring the cream, crème fraîche, and grated cheese to a boil in a saucepan, stir, and season well with pepper, salt, and Fondor. Pour this mixture over the hash browns. Bake for approximately 30-45 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
