Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g kohlrabi
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- ¼ bunch parsley
- 1 Pepper
- some salt and pepper

Peel the kohlrabi and coarsely grate it (e.g., using a Thermomix or food processor). Place it in a sieve and press it dry (using a tea towel if necessary). Mix it with the tuna, eggs, and cream cheese. Stir in the finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet, 1 cm thick. Garnish with the sliced pepperoni. Bake on the middle rack at 150 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 40 minutes.
