- Dressing of your choice

A real man’s recipe! My husband’s first and only homemade recipe.
Cut the tomatoes into eighths, slice the cucumber into thick slices, and then quarter them. Roughly dice the bell pepper and slice the onion into thick rings. Trim the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with ready-made salad dressing, if desired.
