Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 350 g wheat flour
  • 150 g rye flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • some flour for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Mix everything together, cover, and let stand for at least 2 hours. Place the dough in the air fryer baking pan (do not knead again), dust with flour, score, and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
