- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 600 g green beans (frozen)
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 1 large onion(s)
- salt and pepper

Finely chop the onions and fry them with the ground beef. Season the ground beef with garlic and pepper at this point. Then add the frozen green beans, season with salt, and simmer with the lid on. When the beans are tender, remove the lid and let the liquid evaporate. Crack in the eggs and mix everything together. Fry briefly and serve.
