Minced meat and mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g mushrooms, fresh or from the can
  • 350 g minced pork or mixed
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 packs of sauce powder (cream sauce)
  • possibly sauce thickener
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • possibly parsley
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with pasta or potatoes – delicious for children

Finely dice the onion, clean and slice the mushrooms. Halve the slices again if necessary. Place both in a pot with a little oil and sauté. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and bring everything to a boil. Now add the gravy powder. Thicken slightly with a gravy thickener if desired, but this is not absolutely necessary. Then add the crème fraîche and bring everything to a boil again. Season with pepper and nutmeg; the rest goes in the vegetable stock. If you like, you can also add parsley.
