To make the fruit puree, peel and puree the bananas, then trim and puree any other fruits (peaches, pears, strawberries, other berries, etc.). Freeze either single or mixed varieties. I use an ice cube tray for this, which freezes the frozen goods into sticks. To prepare, place one or two fruit puree sticks into a glass or plastic bottle for drinking yogurt (500 ml), pour in the yogurt, top with water, and sweeten as desired. The fruit puree will slowly thaw, chilling the drink so it’s still drinkable even hours later. The calories are calculated for 0.1% yogurt and approximately 1 banana.
