Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cooked ham
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- some oil for frying
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 can mushrooms, sliced
- some herbs, Mediterranean, fresh
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Finely dice the onion, cut the cooked ham into small slices or cubes, and fry with the minced meat. Deglaze with the cream and passata. Add the mushrooms. Finely chop the fresh herbs and stir in. Season to taste and simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Serve with pasta and fresh leaf salad.
