with chicken breast fillet or tofu

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and chili peppers and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. In the meantime, cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces. For the veggie version, squeeze the water out of the tofu and cut it into cubes. Add the chicken breast fillet or tofu to the pan and fry. Season with salt and pepper. When the meat is cooked or the tofu has been cooking for a while, add the peanut butter. Add 4-5 tablespoons (more to taste) of soy sauce and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then add the cream. In the meantime, prepare the basmati rice with the water according to the package instructions. Serve the rice with the chicken or tofu.
