Paprika – sausage – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, green, diced
  • 200 g potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 150 g celeriac, cooked and diced
  • 100 g gherkins, diced
  • 200 g sausage (hunting sausage in one piece), diced
  • 150 g mayonnaise, reduced fat
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp meat broth, concentrated
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl and mix. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Add to the mixture and mix well. Finally, season with salt and pepper and let stand for a while before serving.
