Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (penne)

  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • 200 g Cabanossi, diced
  • Salt
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Salt water for the pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes

only for cheese lovers

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to the package instructions. Cut the Cabanossi into small cubes and fry lightly in a large pan without any fat. The Cabanossi is already quite fatty, so be careful not to burn the sausage. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the Cabanossi cubes. Mix well. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and fry briefly until the cheese is stringy. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the pasta and serve with a drizzle of tomato ketchup.
