Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,300 g rib(s), thick
- 1 bottle of beer (dark beer)
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp broth, granulated
- possibly sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Rub the meat with salt and pepper, brown it with the onions, and deglaze with dark beer and the passata. Add plenty of marjoram and the granulated stock. Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, thickening the sauce slightly if necessary. Serve with sauerkraut.
