Chicory with Black Forest ham and black cumin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 chicory
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp black cumin
  • 200 g Black Forest ham
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Quarter the chicory, then wrap it in ham and sprinkle with pepper. Place the chicory in an oiled baking dish and spread the cream and cheese over it. Finally, sprinkle with the black cumin seeds. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
