Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp oil
- 250 g minced beef
- 250 g minced pork
- 4 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- ½ cucumber(s), cut into small pieces
- 1 pack of feta cheese, cut into small pieces
- ½ onion(s), red, chopped
- 1 small red pepper, cut into fine rings
- 2 tbsp flour
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 1 ½ tbsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Garlic salt
Instructions

slightly fiery minced meat pan with tomatoes, cucumbers and feta in a creamy sauce
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat, and season with pepper and garlic salt. Add the onion and pepperoni rings and fry briefly. Then sauté a little flour in the pan juices and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the cream and paprika. Add the cucumber and tomato pieces to the pan and cook briefly. Season with pepper and salt. Add the feta cheese and heat briefly so that it remains visible as small cubes. This dish is best served with rice.
