Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 50 g butter
- 60 g flour
- 125 ml broth
- 125 ml milk
- 250 ml cream
- 2 packs of Gorgonzola
- 1 shot of white wine
- Salt
- pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dish from the oven
Cut the turkey schnitzel into portions and fry. Place in a baking dish. Make a light roux from the butter and flour and deglaze with wine. Combine the broth, milk, and cream, season, and stir in. Slice the Gorgonzola and place it on top of the meat. Pour the cream over the meat and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve with pasta and salad.
