Bean and tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g beans, white
  • 400 g tuna in oil
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into fine rolls

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Empty the canned beans into a colander and drain well. Rinse under running water if necessary and place in a serving bowl. Cut the tuna into chunks and mix with the beans. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, onion, salt, and pepper together well and pour over the salad. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the chives before serving. 500 kcal per serving.
