Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 small can of kidney beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tbsp olive oil or linseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Low carb, low fat
Drain the tuna. Rinse and drain the kidney beans. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
