Mocha yogurt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (sponge cake, approx. 3-4 cm high), bought ready-made
  • 400 ml cream
  • 450 ml yogurt (mocha flavor)
  • 8 sheets of white gelatin
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 125 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the mocha yogurt. Soak 5 sheets of gelatine in a little cold water for about 5 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess liquid and dissolve it over low heat on the stovetop. Stir it into the yogurt mixture. Place a cake rim around the sponge cake and pour in the yogurt mixture. Let the cake set in the refrigerator. Break the chocolate into cubes and dissolve in the milk over low heat. Soak 3 sheets of gelatine in a little cold water. Then squeeze out the excess liquid and dissolve it in the chocolate milk. Let it cool slightly and carefully pour the icing over the cake. Let it set in the refrigerator. Tip: Decorate with dollops of cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
